Hardened Body – Billy is able to consciously increase the hardness of his skin, bones, muscles and tendons to around that of titanium as well as several gradients in between.
Strong as steel – By increasing the hardness and therefore the tensile strength of his muscles and tendons Billy can increase is already sizable strength. At his absolute max (assuming he maintains good physical health) he is able to lift, throw and hold around 1 ton.

OVERALL APPEARANCE: The first thing most people notice about Billy is size as he is a hulking figure who towers over most. His arms and chest contain several tattoos of varying quality ranging from spotty prison tats to ones done by world class artists, including a few cover ups. His hands are calloused and scared. He currently keeps his hair short though he's been known to grow it out before and he's usually sports a large beard.
Clothing wise Billy his hardly a fashion guru. Usually preferring jeans, t or muscle shirts and sneakers or work boot. That being said he can clean up and does own a couple of custom fitted suits.

OVERALL PERSONALITY: Billy is a naturally loud and boisterous person. Generally confident, even when he's wrong he's also been known to be rather impulsive and temperamental though he has mellowed out a little bit in recent years. He doesn't tolerate disrespect and is not afraid to exchange words or throw hands over it. In fact he is often quite confrontational.
He's generally pretty blunt about how he feels. That all being said, he does have some desire to be liked though how strong that desire is depends very much on the person and circumstance. He can usually read a room fairly well and knows how to work people when he has to. He is generally kind of selfish and greedy.
Billy hates being seen as weak and will do everything he can to avoid it. This often leads to him doing everything he can to avoid showing any emotion besides happiness, stoicism or rage. This is not to say he doesn't feel other things, he just doesn't want you to know that he does.

HISTORY:
About 36 years ago and some change, Billy was born to a single, white trash mother in some shitty little nowhere town in Texas. According to his momma, Billy's dad was a world famous rock star who she met while serving drinks. As a kid Billy believed her but as an adult Billy doubted every word she ever said. Laura Bush was hardly a reliable source of information.
As a kid Billy was neglected and abused. Living in poverty as Laura battled with various substance abuse issues. She seemed angry at Billy's very existence. Constantly taking out her anger and frustrations on him both verbally and physically. That was when she wasn't neglecting him completely in favor of her boyfriend of the week.
By the time Billy was six or seven he began to run away from home frequently. Often stealing food to keep himself fed. He inherited his mother's hair trigger temper and frequently found himself getting into fights. As he grew older and puberty did it's thing, he realized he was naturally bigger and stronger than most of his peers which suited him well.
Eventually, at around the age of 15, one of his momma's many drug dealers took notice of his size and violent tendencies. This led to him dropping out of school completely to begin prospecting for the Crossacks MC. As a prospect Billy committed various low level crimes where his size and short fuse were seen as assets. Things like debt collection, rat catching, extortion and various, usually rigged fights. When he wasn't doing illegal activities Billy worked various legal odd jobs such as private security and construction work.
Billy would become a full fledged member shortly after his 18th birthday and continue to work for the Crossacks for a several years. During which he would bounce in and out of jail and prison on various minor charges and narrowly avoiding convictions for more serious ones.
This all changed however after Billy turned 25, when he met a famous pro-wrestler who wrestled under name Mr. Abraham, during one of the MC's prize fights. After watching Billy beat the breaks off some junkie, Abraham challenged Billy to a fight. Abraham, who was a legit black belt in jujitsu as well as an accomplished kick-boxer, easily beat Billy despite being about 8 inches shorter and 100 pounds lighter, choking the big Texan out in seconds. Despite this Abraham still felt as though Billy's natural size and strength meant he could be a big star in pro-wrestling so he invited Billy to train at his gym in Tampa, Florida.
After some deliberation Billy decided to go for it. Leaving the Crossacks on good terms, the only conditions being that he didn't rat and got his gang tattoos covered. Billy would train at Abraham's school for about a year before going onto the big time.
Abraham was right. Billy's intimidating looks, naturally intense personality and surly demeanor made him a great fit for the world of pro-wrestling. His in ring style was intense and violent looking to the point where fans would often wonder if parts of them were real or if Billy had real backstage beef with whoever he was facing that night. He rarely stayed in one federation very long, instead bouncing between various Japanese, Canadian, and American promotions. Generally he was presented as a villain, a monster capable of extreme violence that needed to be stopped. Usually he would crush the lower and mid-tier heroes of the fed before being stopped by the top guy.
To make himself even more believable and menacing, Billy quickly learned to incorporate aspects of his former criminal lifestyle into his character. His most lucrative gimmick was The Made Monster where he was presented as a King Pin type character outside of the ring and a relentless beast inside of it.
The 10ish years Billy spent as a pro-wrestler were the best of his life. Finally making a good, honest (mostly) living, Billy began to move on from his past and stopped being mad at the world. He even got his GED and saw a therapist about some of his trauma. But all good things had to come to an end.
For Billy the end of his pro-wrestling career came after a show in Los Eurosia.
19 year old Terry Wheeler was a schizophrenic who, at best of times, struggled to differentiate fantasy from reality. He was also a life long wrestling fan believed his favorite wrestlers really were their on screen characters. A month prior Billy Bush had brutalized Terry's favorite wrestler, Andre the Adonis, in a vicious post match assault after coming up short in world title bout against Andre. Seeing a blood soaked Andre stretchered out of the ring was too much for Terry to bear. He wanted revenge. So he did what any reasonable person would do. He stole his friend's truck along with the handgun inside it and decided to kill Billy.
After the show, as Billy was walking back to his car, Terry ambushed him and with the stolen gun. Fight or flight kicked in as Billy quickly hardened his body just as the gun went off and the bullet caught him in the neck. It would have been a killing shot were it not for Billy's gift. In a combination of rage and panic, the still hardened Billy beat Terry to death, smashing the kid's head open and smearing his brains across the asphalt. The whole thing was caught on security camera and Billy was arrested shortly after.
The uniquely gruesome nature of the crime combined with Billy's status as a C-list celebrity captizated people and catapulted the crime to national news. During the trial Billy was kept in solitary confinement, being let out only to go to court. While he had some supporters, mostly trolls and contrarians, the prevailing belief was Billy deserved the chair.
As Billy sat in the dark cell, racked with grief over what he had done, unable to lie to himself and say the murder was simple self-defense, he found himself in agreement. He wanted to die. His mother was right, he thought. He was an a monster. An abomination. A mistake. He was good for nothing except making the world a worse place. Execution was a mercy and it was the only one that he deserved.
But life had other ideas.
Unbeknownst to him, The Sector had a file on him. They knew about his Gifts. Their experts understood better than anybody else what had really happened. They also knew that California prison's were violent places run by gangs and they were afraid of what a man like Billy might do in such an environment. Most importantly they didn't want to see Billy's gifts go to waste.
Billy might never learn how but The Sector pulled some strings with the judge presiding over his case and instead of being sentenced to die, he was given a choice. He could either join what he was told was a special rehabilitation program or he could spend the rest of his natural life waiting to die in solitary super-max.
Billy didn't like either option but the former sounded more appealing. So after a series of psyche evals he became The Sector's newest probationary trainee.
