Sam was not having a good day.
Well, he probably should have been - but honestly, any time he was "forced" so-to-speak to be social. Sam wasn't a social butterfly like he had been in the past, after all. So the thought that he had to do any kind of "animal therapy" even on a ranch bothered him. It still had the word "therapy" in it and seemed to imply that he was stuck having to put up with ranchers, or farm hands? Did they still have farm hands or was that just a book thing? Sam didn't actually know the answer as he approached where he'd been directed to go. Shifting his glasses up the bridge of his nose quietly as he stared around.
It was pretty much what he expected a ranch to look like. Which wasn't saying much, what else would it look like?
Shaking off his internal dialogue, he tried to rack his brain for the person he was looking for again. God, he was terrible with the names of the living, how ironic wasn't it? Shouldn't he have been a little better with that than with the names of the dead. "Rick... Ryan? God, get it together, Sam." He said as he smacked the side of his head and searched the grounds.
