Sebastian could always sense the light, even with the curtains drawn and his eyes tightly closed. It was part of his gift. If he wanted to he could pull that light into the room and temporarily blind them all or he could stop it getting into the room, shrouding them in darkness. He considered the second option, only because the large quantities of vodka he had last night was now making his brain feel like it wanted to explode. He moved her arm to cover his eyes and tried to force sleep again. It was definitely to early, not that he had any idea what the time was.

Someone moved against his right side, a soft moan in protest at his movement. The sound was distinctly feminine but that meant nothing around Sebastian, he didn’t remember much from last night but from what he could recall there was no women. He lifted his arm slightly and peeked with one eye trying to recall last nights events.

He was in his bed – that made sense the party have been in his home. He was pretty sure he was naked; a sheet was pulled up to his hips but he couldn’t be 100% sure because a man rested his head on his abdomen. Brunette and angelic looking as he slept. Sebastian recognised him, his name was Jack or James….something with a J, he hadn’t been the source of the moan so Sebastian glanced to his right - there she was, a red head facing away from him, she was definitely naked. Sebastian admired her sleeping form for a moment and then internally congratulated himself. Clearly he had a goodnight.

Fully awake now and intent of getting rid of his headache Sebastian sat up, John…maybe…fell off him and grunted awake. “Hello gorgeous” the mans voice rough with sleep as he reached out and tried to pull Sebastian back down but Sebastian pulled away, standing up and moving off the bed – yes he was naked. The red head moaned in protest again but didn’t wake up.

“Jack, my friend. Time for you and……”

“Vanessa” the J name offered.

“YES!” Sebastian acted like he knew and gave a shit “You and Vanessa to leave. I have a very busy day and I must get started” Sebastian sat the sleepy red head upright and handed her a dress “Here you are love, it was a magical night. Please both of you come again.” Sebastian really wasn’t one for goodbyes. He watched…Valerie, was that her name? Walk from the room. Clearly, she knew the score whereas J name stood and walked towards Sebastian, J name was also very naked and Sebastian gave him the once over with his eyes and for the second time in a matter of minutes internally congratulated himself.

“Don’t you want to grab a coffee or something?” J name offered, this happened rarely with Sebastian, he had few partners that he associated with outside the bedroom and the one he did had something very particular and special about them.
“Sorry Jeffrey I really do have a busy day,” Sebastian clapped the man on the shoulder “Maybe next time,” he strode away, into the ensuite this time, just as J name called out after him

“My name is Tim, by the way”

“Bye Jim!” Sebastian called as he locked the door, picking up a half glass of whiskey from the edge of his enormous bath and downing it in one, before hoping into steaming shower and readying himself for the day.

When he exited the bathroom and his bedroom – wearing only his robe, he found a few stragglers from the party hoping into Ubers, he mad himself a mug of steaming hot coffee and made his way out to the poolside. A few inflatables still drifted across the surface and bottles of champagne and half-drunk glasses were scattered around the edge of the pool. Laying down on a lounger Sebastian sipped the coffee and sighed, the headache was receding and he began to plan today/tonight antics when he heard someone sit on the lounger next to him, Sebastian looked over as the arrival asked “No coffee for me then?”

Ellis groaned as his rather comfortable pillow suddenly started moving. In fact it stood up so that his head fell back onto the cushion below. Wait...pillows didn't stand up. Slowly his eyes managed to flutter open. Though as the first few rays of sun light hit his bright blue eyes Ellis hissed in pain and quickly covered them again. "What the fuck?" He grumbled to himself as his head pounded uncomfortably. It wasn't the worst headache he'd ever woken up with but it was by no means pleasant. He laid there for a moment as he heard the sound of other waking up and shuffling around. Someone tumbled and tripped but managed to catch themself on the wall. Another person gagged like they might throw up. Gross.

Where was he again? Ellis was doing his damndest to think about the previous night but thinking hurt at the moment. Okay, he clearly wasn't in his own bed. That was a start. Some sort of party? He'd woken up at enough of those to recognize them. Who's party though? Ellis vaguely remembered going to the club with some friends then someone said...someone was throwing a party. But he couldn't remember the name. It had to do with some kind of crab? There was some mental note he'd made in his mind while he was...well not sober but less drunk at the time. What was it? Finally as the pounding in his head subsided a bit more Ellis realized he had the worst case of cotton mouth. So he forced his eyes open, at least partially open, so he could find his way to some kind of kitchen. God, he needed water.

Ellis didn't even bother trying to find a cup. He found the sink, turned on the faucet, and leaned over to slurp the water up as it came out. Which was incidentally when he realized he was shirtless. Between the cool sink against his chest and the water that splashed on his skin he flinched a bit but it didn't deter him even for a moment from getting his water. Once his mouth felt less like a desert he stood straight and wiped the excess water from around his mouth with the back of his hand. As he looked around it seemed most everyone had filed out and gone about their day. But Ellis still wasn't sure where the hell his shirt was. And he didn't currently have the energy to pick through the mess of the party to find it so instead he moved outside.

A pool? Nice. He looked over the few inflatables floating about still and part of him debated going for a dip. That might be a little too cold this early in the morning though. As his eyes continued their scan he noticed someone lounging in a robe. The home owner? Probably. Or maybe the homeowners boyfriend? Or just some weirdo who stole a robe from the house. He'd seen worse before. Whatever the case he moved over and took a seat easily on the other lounger next to him. He was cute at least. "No coffee for me then?" He asked teasingly as he looked the man over. "How rude," he grinned. Though it was a gamble really. Some people, a lot of people, didn't really like his jokes and sarcasm this early in the morning.

Sebastian cocked an eyebrow at the newcomer, it wasn’t someone he recognised. Not that he paid a blind bit of attention to who attended his parties in general, unless of course it was for pleasure reasons. He let his gaze slowly take in the male before him. Slender, toned, and shirtless. Sebastian felt a shock of arousal shoot down his spine and he gave the man a wicked smile as if his thoughts could be projected into his head. Sebastian hadn’t been particularly interested in interacting with anyone this morning but the confidence this stranger exuded piqued his interest. Sebastian wasn’t exactly known for his approachability.

When the man grinned, teasing Sebastian about his rudeness, Sebastian looked him up and down, “Do I look like a man who brings others coffee?” decades of arrogance oozed from his tone. The man made himself comfortable on the lounger and Sebastian felt something flutter in this pit of his stomach, whoever this person was he was intrigued by him. Sebastian sipped his coffee, the taste of good black coffee always improved his mood, even if it was just marginally, his headache was a dull ache in his temples now- easy to ignore and just a reminder of a good night. Sebastian watching the man as he drank, taking in the bright blue eyes and dyed platinum blonde hair. He was pretty sure he would remember him if they had met before, “Coffee is in the kitchen,” he nodded in the direction of the house, “Or you’re very welcome to the champagne,” he gestured around the pool his lip curling in disdain at the mess. The cleaning crew would have been called by Sebs PA no doubt.

He debated momentarily getting up and walking away, it wouldn’t be out of character for him to just dismiss someone mid conversation, especially someone not part of his inner circle. He ignored the idea instantly though- Seb was never one to deny himself anything and right now his curiosity was demanding information “I didn’t catch you name?” he asked, his tone was cold, it didn’t matter how interesting Seb found a person he wasn’t going to let on to that, "and did you enjoy gate crashing my party?" he smirked. Sebastian didn't really provide invites, although usually those below certain social circles didn't make it inside.

Ellis could have just gone home. Hell, if he really wanted to he probably could have crashed for a little longer on the couch before he was noticed. But he was up now and he didn't really feel like going anywhere. Plus, he wasn't usually one to skip out on an opportunity to talk to a cute guy. And the clearly cocky brunette was still definitely cute. There was a sort of arrogance about him that just screamed he knew how good he looked.

Which most people might have found annoying but Ellis really liked. Why shouldn't someone be confident when they knew they were attractive? The way the man's lips curled into a smirk as he eyed him made Ellis smile back. Though his question made him cock a brow curiously with that same teasing and playful grin on his lips. "I don't know, I've seen some pretty cute baristas before," his own tone dripped with a sort of unbothered confidence.

Ellis had never been afraid to strike up a conversation before. Had it always ended well? Of course no. But he wasn't going to let a few mishaps ruin his fun. The mention of the coffee being in the kitchen did catch his attention for a moment though. Wouldn't be the first time he went rummaging around a strangers kitchen to get a drink. But the mention of the champagne that was littered around the pool deck was less appealing. Enough to make his nose wrinkle a bit with his distaste at the idea. "Flat, backwash filled, champagne? How enticing," he said sarcastically as he turned his eyes back to the man. Feeling him watching him over his coffee.

"My name's Ellis, but you can call me Eli if you want," he offered. Though he was pretty sure the man hadn't caught the name of most of the people that had been at the party. Despite the strangers cold, confident, blase attitude Ellis remained playful and warm. "I feel like I probably had more fun than I can remember," he giggled before he gave a long stretch with his arms over his head. "What's your name then?"

Sebastian snorted as the man declared he had seen some ‘pretty cute’ baristas, he was sure the man had. “Ive been described as many things before but ‘pretty cute’ is not one of them.” Cute and Sebastian were not words that were ever uttered in the same sentence. Alluring, arresting, devastating, cold and beautiful were some of his favourites, but never cute. Sebastian was by no-means the be all and end all of male beauty but combine his arrogance, extensive fortune and attractiveness he often found that people were in awe of him, or at least they wanted something enough from him that they pretended to be in awe of him. Sebastian was always happy to have his ego stroked.

Which one was this man? Was he someone pretending in an attempt to extract whatever he needed from Sebastian: money, social standing, adventure, sex – these were the usual requests. Not that Sebastian often declined the requests, the hangers on got boring after a while and it didn’t take long for him to cut them lose once they had entertained him enough. Or was he a new player in the game, someone Sebastian hadn’t met yet. He watched as the blue eyes took him the empty champagne, his nose wrinkling – Well that made it clear he was someone with money, people without it rarely looked put off by expensive things, even if they were ‘flat and backwashed’. When the man gave him a first name only Sebastian sighed slightly exasperated, clearly he needed to dig a little deeper to satisfy his curiosity.

“Well Ellis,” they weren’t in a place where Sebastian was going to use a nickname, not yet. “I’m glad you enjoyed my party. Lack of a memory is usually the sign of a debaucherous night,” his eye twinkled, Sebastian would be insulted if many of his guests remembered much of the evening, with the amount of alcohol and drugs he supplied he expected memory loss or crippling hangover anxiety from all his guests, “I like to encourage vice at all my events,” his wicked grin was back. “My name is Sebastian Grey, welcome to my home.”

Ellis didn't usually like giving out his last name. Too many people connected it to his father and it wasn't a conversation he enjoyed having when he first met someone. Or ever really. But it was a little funny how the man seemed so concerned with being referred to as cute. "Well you aren't a barista are you?" He asked teasingly. A barista couldn't afford a house like this. Or throw a party like he did. Though there were other words he could have used to describe him they seemed over dramatic all things considered. Especially for someone he just met. Or at least could now remember meeting.

"From the look of things it seems it was pretty debaucherous," his eyes scanned the surrounding area again. He was pretty sure there were some clothes strewn about in places, he could see a single sneaker by the pool. Ellis didn't envy who ever it was that had to clean up this mess. "I'm sure it's much lovelier when it's not been destroyed," he responded with a small amused snort. Though the man did say something that made him cock an eyebrow curiously.

"Those who encourage vices often have many of their own," he said in an almost curious tone. Though clearly the man had many vices of his own. Usually they were nicer to indulge with others as it were. "Well it's it is good to meet you Sebastian Grey," his tone this time was less playful and more sweet. "Though I have to say I don't envy whoever is coming to clean all this up," he noted. It was entirely why never liked having parties at his own house.

It was all just too much of a hassle and he preferred keeping his own space to himself. He didn't even enjoy bringing home hookups. But he supposed there were some perks with doing things in ones own space. Mostly not having to get up and leave when you didn't feel like moving.

Sebastian glared at Ellis when his tone teasingly asked if he was a barista, he wrinkled his nose “of course I’m not” he said through gritted teeth. This man had crashed his part, kind of, overstayed when clearly it was time to leave and now had to audacity to start teasing him. It was incredibly hot and Sebastian loved and hated it all at the same time. He scanned the poolside and smirked as he spotted items of clothing scattered around and he was pretty sure that was an empty condom wrapped pocking out from under a martini glass. His PA would have any discarded clothing items dropped at goodwill in the afternoon.

“Yes, well,” Sebastian turned his blues eyes back to his guest “I enjoy debauchery,” It was true, Sebastian loved to watch corruption play out, whether it was from his influence or not. It was a constant distraction from the things that dwelled deep inside him that he was determined to ignore. He felt his gifts lick at the inside of his mind, his photokinesis was a constant warm tickle he could draw on whenever he needed, but there was a hollowness that had started to grow in the last few months and Sebastian pushed it away, that was not a gift he wanted.

Pulling his attention away from his gifts he eyed Ellis again as he spoke to vices and Sebastian tilted his head slightly to the side, “Would you like to know what my vices are Ellis?” he asked leaning towards the man a little, a predatory look spreading across his face as he scanned the man from head to toe, before pulling back and chuckling, he rolled his eyes glancing around the house again, “The cleaning service is paid very well. I can pass you their details if you ever throw your own party, I’d expect an invite though.” he gives Ellis a saccharine smile as the mention of the state of his house is mentioned, Sebastian cared very little for this house, it served its purpose, nothing more. No where had felt like home for Sebastian since his mother had been alive.

Ellis couldn't help the sly grin that danced over his lips at the way the man responded to his teasing. Was it that easy to get under his skin? Interesting. He put that little piece of information pocketed away in the back of his mind. Maybe he would see Sebastian again or maybe he wouldn't. They both had money and clearly both loved a good time so there was a higher chance that they would. Either way it could make things interesting at least. Though being asked if he wanted to know Sebastian's vices made him look over the man thoughtfully.

"Drinking," he guessed first because it was the easiest. Most people enjoyed a nice cold drink at the end of a hard day. Some people enjoyed getting sloshed. Other people loved getting so black out drunk they couldn't be held accountable for their actions. Or at least assumed they shouldn't be held accountable. Another smiled tugged at his lips as his bright blue eyes wandered over his frame slowly, intentionally. "Someone who looks as good as you do has to be interested in sex," he purred flirtatiously. With a thoughtful hum he tapped his index finger to his lips.

"Those are the easy ones though," he murmured thoughtfully. "Is there anything else you like to over indulge in?" There was a bit of genuine curiosity on his tone. Mostly curious as to just how much debauchery the man enjoyed. As he was offered the contact for the cleaning services Ellis snorted a bit in amusement. "I'll certainly consider it but I don't throw parties at my own home," he said with an easy shrug. His home was his personal sanctuary. The one place he could seek out peace when he wanted it. He didn't want that being disturbed by some strangers.

"I don't like people touching my things and some stains never come out," his nose wrinkled in distaste again. Not that he couldn't replace things that got broken or ruined but if anyone was going to break his stuff he'd prefer to be the one to do it. "That's why I crash other peoples parties, then I get to touch things and leave stains," he joked with a little mischievous glint in his eye. "All of the play with none of the work."
