Instead of being electrocuted, she absorbed the electricity from her neighborhood and caused a three day blackout of the electrical grid.

OVERALL APPEARANCE:

OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Felicity is your typical petite blonde firecracker, she’s holding a lot of spirit in such a tiny package. She’s very energetic and lively, always up for ‘adventures’.
She doesn’t have any problem keeping to herself and staying quiet, because it gives her time to read or cook and get lost in the moment. If pay attention to her close enough, you’ll see the darkness or shadows that pass in her eyes when she thinks no one’s watching.
Felicity doesn’t do well with big emotions, so she tries to stay emotionally distant, but both these give her issues with properly controlling her ability. It’s clear she has suffered some severe trauma in her past, but she doesn’t talk about it and if pressed, she truly doesn’t remember. Which is what causes her the most issues, she terrified of something she doesn’t even remember.

FAMILY:
Paul Everette / father / DECEASED - Felicity and her father were very close, he was her best friend. After losing her mother, he devoted his time to being the best father he could be to his little girl. Sadly, he passed away when Felicity was thirteen. She has always blamed herself for his death.
Marie Everette / mother / DECEASED - Felicity never got to meet her mother, she died shortly after giving birth. She had preeclampsia and the doctor’s missed it. But she was told she was a lovely woman, and is who she inherited her ability from.
Eleanor ‘Nora’ Dickens / grandmother / 87 -
After her father’s untimely death, Felicity went to live with her estranged grandmother. She quickly became Felicity’s favorite person in the world. She taught her so much about her gift (Nora possessed atmokinesis) and was able to tell her all about her mother. It was Nora who encouraged Felicity in her baking and set aside a trust fund for her to use to establish herself in California.

HISTORY:
November 13th fell on a Friday that year, Marie and Paul had joked about her going into labor then but little did they know how accurate they would be. Marie was having a very difficult labor, and sadly by the time the doctors realized what was happening; they were too late to save her. They delivered a beautiful little girl at 4am by c-section, then rushed to try and save Marie but she was gone. Just another victim to the cruel preeclampsia. Paul became a widower and a father all in the same morning. He named they’re little girl Felicity, because despite the sadness he felt at losing his best friend, his little girl brought him endless amount of joy.
Felicity didn’t actively show signs of her gift until she was four years old. She was playing in the house and ‘accidentally’ stuck her finger in an electrical outlet. She felt such a jolt of electricity shoot through her petite frame, and she LOVED it! She did it again and this time she caused the entire neighborhood to lose power for three days. Never had she felt SO ALIVE. She told her father about what had happened and that’s when her estranged grandmother Eleanor Dickens (Marie’s mother) entered into the picture. She visited often to help in teach Felicity about her ability and how to work on control. Bless his heart, Paul was merely human, so he didn’t know how to help her when it came to this.
Felicity has a portion of her memory missing, from the summer after she turned thirteen, up until the spring after her fourteenth birthday. Nora knows, but refuses to let Felicity know what happened at that time in her life. The only thing she shared with her was that during that time, her father died. Felicity mourned the loss of her father deeply, but was eternally grateful to have her grandmother.
As she went through her teen years she showed an love for baking and for reading. Both things Nora encouraged heavily, so by the time Felicity turned twenty, she was ready to branch out on her own. Nora had set aside Felicity’s inheritance from her parents in a trust fund so she could comfortably pursue her passions without the stress of finances. Felicity moved to California and got herself established in a nice apartment in downtown Los Eurosia two years ago.
