Alright, since the plotters are kinda long, I'm separating them by Spoilers. Hope it makes things more Organized!
Walter Bell :
Walt's always on the lookout to be a light in other people's lives, a very good listener who wants to be friends with everyone. He's a friendly face in times of sadness and anger. He'll ask about your day while making your latte, give you a pat on the back and wish you well, and surprisingly, you might just feel better. A bundle of chill with a past he wants to forget, what could go wrong? Wait, did I just say that?
Walt is always open for making new friends, no addition is too much. Walter is very flexible for the kinds of people he can connect with, and is friends with personalities of all colors. Walter wants to create something with you, listen and help in any way he can. Who could ask for a better friend than that? And he's always down for a great time.
Just because Walter might be friendly with everybody doesn't mean he likes everybody, no no no. Because of his great listening skills, he's got some of the biggest dirt of the townspeople that walk into the shop, whether told directly to him or not. To friends, this information can be trusted to be a secret. To people that he feels threatened by, are too egotistical/obnoxious, or are getting a little too pushy about his past, well. That's a different story.
While Walter is far better at making friends than love, it's never been completely out of the question. Being bisexual, Walter has felt attracted to lots of people, and if he is approached in a suggestive or romantic manner, he may just follow along. Like his friends, Walt treats his lovers with kindness and compassion, but also great times in the bed (he hopes)!
Aurora Aquino :
The sassy, hardworking journalist Aurora Aquino likes to have fun, but doesn't have time for bullshit. Don't get her wrong, she's a nice and kindhearted soul, but is also a serious and professional woman and doesn't tolerate foolishness. Aurora isn't all business, though, she can be quite adventurous at times and loves to try new things as long as it isn't unwavering of her core beliefs. Overall, Aurora is the best boss you could ever have! She's also a good friend, a dedicated journalist, a defensive diva, and more.
Aurora is an adventurous and curious soul, always on the lookout for the unknown. Whether its a new roller coaster or trying to find a missing piece for her article, if you're willing to tag along, you're as good as friends with Aurora! As long as you're not a generally bad person and don't try to get Aurora to stray away from her core beliefs, she is a good friend to have and will stick to you like glue.
While Aurora is overall a very nice and pleasant person to be around, she is also very sassy and serious at times, which may drive people in the other direction. Aurora is also known to stick to her beliefs no matter what, and if your character tries to change that, things will not go well between them and Aurora.
Aurora has a very specific type and is very picky about who she lets into her life romantically, complete with a long and exhausting list of qualities she looks for in her romantic interests. Here's the general gist of it:
1. A man (sorry ladies, this sassy chick is straight)
2. A particularly strong man that can easily sweep her off her feet
3. Very generous and plentiful in pampering her
4. Content with her personality and core beliefs
5. Has a fearless demeanor
6. And the like... the list goes on
Griffin Banks :
Griffin is so much more than just Griffin; there are four other distinct personalities that live inside his brain: Levi, Petra, Candy, and Lucy Fur. This is because during his developmental years, he experienced repeated childhood trauma resulting in his brain developing a rare mental disorder called Dissociative Identity Disorder, or DID for short. Each alter is essentially another individual/person that shares a body with Griffin. I would highly recommend that you go and read the "Inside" section of his application for more information on how his DID works and to learn more about his alters!
Griffin has a difficult time making friends because most times he is dead set on his job. Blackstorm is his main drive and motive at the moment- so he doesn't think much about making friends, and even if he was able to let loose a little, he still is very selective with who he lets into his life. Chances are that he may not ever make a friend, but who knows; if he met someone who had his same drive and doesn't make excuses, he may start to open up.
Levi also struggles to make friends, but for a completely different reason: he has no idea how to talk to people. He constantly flubs up his words and lots of times ends up saying something that shifts the mood in the complete opposite direction. He is a bit of a people pleaser, but also "flails" in the sense that he gets flustered when talking with people, which lots of times ends in some of the most awkward interactions with his life. What he doesn't realize is that shouldn't try and force friends; to get closer to Levi, all someone's gotta do is be the one to talk to him instead of the other way around. Go slow, don't ask personal questions right off the bat, and ease into the friendship.
Candy would love it if you wanted to color with her! That's friends in her book. She doesn't mind if she has any friends or not, though.
Petra and Lucy don't make friends.
If you don't have a strong work ethic and constantly waste Griffin's time, he's going to be pretty pissed at you. Griffin is very short tempered and generally does fare well with people that don't see eye to eye with him, although you aren't officially on his enemy list until you've betrayed Blackstorm, in which case you better watch your back.
Levi will not stand for anyone that tries to hurt his family and the things that he cares about. Unfortunately, he is meek and can't do much about it physically, but in the face of danger he would throw himself in front of his family. That goes for anyone trying to hurt them, offend them, or the like. He'll do his best to defend them, even though he doesn't do a very good job at it. A for effort though. He also generally dislikes people who are loud and obnoxious, or do not appreciate life to its fullest.
Any threat that presents itself to any part of Griffin's system is a threat to Petra, and they will do whatever possible to get the threat neutralized. Well, they'll do the best they can as a literal rock, which isn't much. But being in charge of the system's memories, they'll rearrange them to find a way to ease the pain of the other alters.
Candy doesn't really make enemies. If you don't want to be her friend, fine! That's that.
Lucy Fur doesn't like everyone. In fact, she despises anyone who doesn't do what she wants, and will lay hands on these people.
In terms of romance, Griffin doesn't really do that. All the relationships in his life have always gone sour, so why would he open himself up for it to possibly happen again? On the other hand, he has felt physically attracted to many people and doesn't mind the occasional hookup.
Levi is married to his beautiful wife of five years, and has no interest in anyone else, romantically and sexually. And even if he did, it would be violating his personal conscience and beliefs and he'd constantly beat himself up for it.
The rest of the alters do not have love lives.
Marvel Ashcroft :
To the unassuming eye, Marvel is the perfect combination of pretty and smart. Not only that, but kind, caring, and compassionate, somehow humble even though she's a popular A-List actress. The reality of it is that she is anything but this, it's all a ploy for the public. Marvel is a scheming villain with the intention of wiping out the Gifted population. Though her intentions are bad, she does have some notable traits to her: she's hardworking, smart, cunning, and charismatic. On the other hand, Marvel is the type of person to throw money at all of her problems, expecting them to just go away. In most cases, they do, but who knows what the future may hold for her. Just don't get on her bad side, or, y'know, have powers, and you'll get along with Marvel just great!
Marvel can become friends with practically anyone, but a lot of times she is just acting to get information out of a person. She only has a genuine connection with only about a fourth of her friends, with the rest being people she is using. Regardless of this, there are still some ways to get close to Marvel. Marvel admires honesty, even if she isn't honest herself; and since she knows acting, she can tell when someone is lying (unless the person is better than her at acting). And even with genuine friendships, she admires people who are useful and can help her in her mission. Whether it is directly or indirectly, any help from a friend truly feels more special than from someone she has to pay. Finally, Marvel also looks up to people who can be vulnerable, because she can't be vulnerable herself, even to those she trusts most. In a way, they can be vulnerable for her so she doesn't have to be.
If you are gifted, be warned, you will eventually be on Marvel's hit list. There are other ways to get on Marvel's bad side as well, though; if you own a big slobbery dog, if are simple-minded, if you are lazy, the list goes on. Marvel has a large list of "icks" that prevent forming genuine connections with a person, though she's most likely not going to show if she dislikes a person.
Only to those that Marvel is the closest to might have the opportunity for love with her. Marvel believes in soulmates, and the perfect person for her is herself. She wants to find a person who's values align with hers, someone who's mission aligns with hers, and someone who will love her no matter what. Someone who will never leave. And especially someone who isn't Edgar.

PLOT HOOKS
- New Friend Acquired - After a long and busy morning, maybe you need some caffeine in your system so you don't crash and burn too soon in the day. You open the doors to the local coffee shop and there's Walter, ready to take your order and maybe have a nice little chat with you!
- Party All Night - You're swinging your hips in the club, the music flowing through your bones, when you look to the side and notice Walter absolutely killing it at Dance Dance Revolution. It looks like he's had a couple shots, and he's kind of sweaty. Maybe you think he's talented! Maybe you think it's hot. Maybe you should go say hi.
- Is he hiding something? - After having a delightful conversation with Walter, maybe you feel more curious about Walter! He didn't seem to talk much about himself. You ask about his family and where he's from, to try and spark up more casual conversation, but then he looks down at his watch and says his break is over, even though he has another 15 minutes. Did you say something wrong?
- Feel free to reply with your own ideas! - These are just a couple possibilities for plots with Walt, and I'm open to almost anything! Casual, spicy, traumatic, (insert adjective here)!

6. And the like... the list goes on
PLOT HOOKS
- A Dire Interview - Aurora is working on a new story for the paper, and your character has some vital information that she needs. They set up a meeting and she gets started with the questions; most times, she will stop at nothing to pry the answers out of you.
- Club Can't Handle Me - Your character might find Aurora flinging herself around on the dance floor, having a little too much fun for her own good. Your character might join her, talk with her, intervene; whatever they feel is the best thing to do in the moment! Beware, though, Aurora does lots of stupid crap when she's drunk.
- A Not-So Friendly Encounter - Aurora has made a lot of enemies along the way, sometimes intentionally but most times not. A lot of times, her flashy/sassy demeanor can drive people away, and maybe there can be some hostility involved with that. Your character could be one of these people, or maybe they're a bystander to Aurora being harassed and catch her using her gifted phone.
- Villin the Villain - When Aurora first moved to Los Eurosia and graduated college, she was victim to a kidnapping and lost two weeks of her life. She is still spiteful about it and actively trying to find the person who kidnapped her. If your character knows anything, anything at all about the incident, she will want answers. Or maybe your character was involved somehow- if this is the case, Aurora won't be happy.
- Anything Else - I'm open to lots of other plots! The ones above are just suggestions. Feel free to present any plots with Aurora that you think would be interesting <3

- Book Reccommendation - You decide to stop by the Los Eurosia Public Library, but you have absolutely no idea what you want to read. Do not fear, for Levi the librarian has practically read every book in the library! He'll help you find a book according to your tastes- just as soon as he musters up the courage to explain the book to you.
- Caught in the middle of a Switch - Maybe Levi is in danger, maybe Lucy Fur finally got control back over the body, maybe Candy wants to come out and play, whatever it may be, your character saw him dissociate. How do you react?
- Let me know if you have any other ideas! - I'd love to hear what you have in store for Griffin and your character. The possibilities are endless.

PLOT HOOKS
- Gifted Found - Oops! You're suspected to be a gifted individual, and Marvel herself wants to have a chit-chat with you. She also has a gift for you- a special rose red lip balm from Ashcroft Beauty! How nice of her! The thing is that it has Red Dye X in it, and you probably shouldn't put it on. Will your character notice something is amiss? Are they a fan of Marvel? Or are they just simply a human trying to get by in life? This hook has dozens of possibilities.
- Quiet on Set - Marvel is taking a quick break from filming for a movie she's going to be in, so she decides to peruse the streets of Los Eurosia (undercover, of course). But then she bumps into someone- your character, of all people! Are they a fan of her? Is she just a stranger on the street? Do they think they maybe saw her in that one movie but they can't pin a name on the movie, and they can't pin a name on her? Or do they just find her magnetic? Anything can unfold from this.
- Sign me Up - You're interested in joining Marvel's elite Gifted assassin squad. You've been hearing things around the street and you don't feel safe in a world full of powered individuals, or you're a gifted individual yourself and want to be exempt from her genocide. Either way, your character's got an interview with her in a minute- how will they react? What will they say?
- Let me know if you have any other plot hooks! - With Marvel, anything is possible. Friendship, foes, drama, trouble- you name it. I'd love to hear it!
