Inside an unmarked box (evidentially the same one that had been sent to Gemma) is a note addressed to The sweetest baby boy ever! (written in very flowery, neat cursive over the top of a handmade card). Inside the card, in very small but equally neat hand writing it says "Happy birthday loser boy <3 hope your ass is prepared for birthday paddling! I'll be over later with your cake so you better be home or I'm breaking a window. Love you!" Though the letter isn't signed off by anyone there is a very distinct lipstick kiss mark on the bottom right hand corner. As well as enough space at the bottom for an old polaroid photo to have been attached (x) [break][break]

Underneath the note laid a folded shirt (x) that had clearly been sprayed with some perfume to now smell like rose oil and lavender as well as a hat (x)

Dane immediately went out to buy magnets so he could pin the Polaroid on his fridge. Gemma received a selfie of himself (twisted around in his mirror so both the text of the shirt and hat were on display), captioned "When she reads you to absolute filth". The letter he tucked into one of his older, full sketchbooks for safekeeping.
