ABOUT
Katrina is bottled sunshine turned into a person. Despite her painful upbringing she still tries her best to remain as positive and sweet as she can. She won't let the world turn her into some coldhearted, mean person who takes her pain out on others. But she's also discovering who she is as a person. She comes from a very wealthy and influential family who's had complete control over her life since she was born. She's been sneaking out for a few years now trying to make her own life. Friends they didn't choose, experiences they never let her have. She wants adventure, discovery, and to figure out who she is.
She is not aware that Gifted people exist nor is she aware of her own powers. As far as she's aware powers are a thing of fantasy. Because of this she has no idea how to properly use and apply her powers meaning they are controlled entirely by her emotions. Which can make things rather wild given how sensitive and emotional of a woman Katrina is.
PLATONIC
Katrina is a people pleaser and has only ever really known friends her parents hand selected for her. She also tries to see the best in everyone and can be overly trusting of the people around her. She's made a few friends in the past few years of sneaking out. Some good for her and some very, very bad. She's a very caring and loving person though who always tries to help people so she's quick to connect with people and form connections.
ANTAGONISTIC
Katrina has a hard time saying no to people and setting boundaries. She doesn't like conflict or upsetting people, especially people she trusts and cares about. So she'd rather just go along with whatever it is they want. There are likely more than a few people who would want to use her people pleasing nature and trusting mindset against her. Her gift is as wild and unpredictable as her emotions but there might be those who could find a way to use that to their advantage. Or just want to get closer to her for her money and family connections.
ROMANTIC
Katrina has never been in a real relationship. She is already betrothed technically, to a man who her parents picked out for her. They could be rather close, perhaps there might even be some feelings there or that could develop. Otherwise she's never really had a chance to explore her sexuality. She's not sure what it's like to have a crush on someone, she hasn't even had her first kiss yet. Much to her embarrassment as most of her friends are in serious relationships now or getting engaged. When it comes to romance I'm happy for some one time hook ups, one sided feelings, flings, someone using her and her naivety, or something more serious!

Jacob Tucker Willis
ABOUT
Jacob is a sweet boy with a nasty past. He came to los Eurosia as a means of escape. To start a fresh new life far from his home in a town no one knew his name or face. He's charismatic, sweet, funny, and loves having a good time. As laid back as he is this is a man that's hardly ever sitting still. If he's not running, working out, dancing, working, or playing a sport he's fidgeting and bouncing in his seat. Even when he sleeps he doesn't stay still for long. Though he's known for talking a lot he hardly ever really says much. He doesn't get close to people. While there are plenty that might consider him a friend he doesn't usually feel the same. That's not to say he won't still be there for people. He's a great listener, a good shoulder to cry on, and always willing to get into whatever shenanigans someone pulls him into.
He's very strong and perhaps a bit too independent. He likes doing and figuring out things on his own. He won't ever reach out for help unless there's absolutely no other option. If asked he won't ever go into detail about his life before coming to los Eurosia. He may give vague answers for things, completely change the topic, turn to talking about the other person, or just entirely fabricate some sarcastic story. If pushed too far he might become agitated or simply shrug and say he doesn't want to talk about it. He prefers keeping things lighthearted and fun.
Jacob is extremely protective of everyone he meets, especially women. Given his upbringing that good ole country boy tends to come out of him often. Always opening the door for ladies, pulling out their chairs for them, standing when they enter a room, or laying out a creep that's clearly making him uncomfortable. He's not an angry man. It takes a lot to actually get under his skin but that doesn't mean he's afraid of a little violence. A little bloody nose or busted lip never hurt anyone anyway. Whether that's a little wrestling with the boys or just taking care of some guy who won't take no for an answer. When he does lose his temper he's known to get explosive and far more violent. Because it takes so much to really make him angry he's never had the best control over it.
PLATONIC
Jacob talks to a lot of people. He's never afraid to walk up and strike up a conversation with a stranger. Given how sweet and friendly he is people tend to like him very quickly. So there are plenty of people who consider him a very good friend of theirs. This isn't usually reciprocated. Despite seeming like an open book Jacob is reserved and secretive. He handles his problems on his own. He doesn't like letting people in to risk them seeing him vulnerable and weak. He doesn't like talking about himself (unless it's about how good looking he is). Because of this he often feels isolated, even if it's a selfisolation.
If someone breaks past that protective outer shell they'll see a much softer, more genuine side of Jacob. They will also have someone who's fiercely loyal, protective, and willing to always put them first.
ANTAGONISTIC
Despite how sweet Jacob is he can be a real ass when he wants to be. When someone rubs him the wrong way he can become aggressive. Provoking them at any turn just to see how many buttons he can push. Still, it takes a lot to really push him over the edge. Generally speaking it would take a decent amount to really make Jacob dislike someone. Normally at the worst he's just indifferent about them. Unless someone just comes off as an active bully to other people for no reason or otherwise misogynistic or bigoted to someone else he'll either let it be a one and done fight or brush them off entirely.
ROMANTIC
Real romance is hard for Jacob. Mostly because that would require opening up. That fear of vulnerability. Of letting someone see who he really is, that's far too terrifying. That's not to say Jacob doesn't fool around. He has flings, one night stands, and casual hook ups all the time. Despite not wanting people to get close to him he does like having someone to share his bed with at night.

Ellis Wayne Bridges
ABOUT
Ellis is a party boy through and through. He loves nothing more than a good time, some good drinks, and some good people doing bad things. He's laid back, nonchalant, and doesn't really take anything seriously. He comes from a wealthy background and is able to maintain his lifestyle by his father putting money into his account. That Ellis spends frivolously. He loves drugs, drinking, and sex. Anything to keep his body busy and his mind numb. Despite his extroverted and friendly nature he tends to keep everyone at arms length. His relationships are more often than not entirely surface level and superficial.
Despite this he really longs for real, honest connection with someone. But the idea of opening up like that, of being vulnerable, it's terrifying. So he keeps his walls up and just throws himself into whatever fun and shenanigans he can find. He's known for being extremely flirtatious and loves coming up with plans for things that he hardly ever follows through on. He's often seen as flightly or flakey but he'll also drop by your apartment at 3am wanting to take a spontaneous trip out of town.
PLATONIC
Ellis loves people. He loves being around others. Loves partying and drinking and meeting strangers on the street. While he's genuinely very sweet he's not the most reliable guy in the world. A lot of people get tired of his forgetfulness or flightly nature and usually wind up dropping contact with him. But that's okay, he has plenty of other "friends". Some who want to use him for his money, his body, or just a bad influence. He's more than happy to talk with anyone but getting any kind of genuine connection and emotion out of him isn't easy. It wouldn't be impossible, and Ellis really craves it. But there's some walls to break down there.
ANTAGONISTIC
Despite how sweet and friendly Ellis is he can be a real ass when he wants to be. He genuinely thinks he's the hottest, smartest, funniest, most talented dude in pretty much any setting which can also be really grating on people. Generally though he's more catty and insulting. But that doesn't mean he can't be shown his words have consequences.
ROMANTIC
Ellis doesn't really do romance. That would require opening up, exposing the softest parts of himself, showing that he's not indestructible. Which is all just too much work. He much prefers casual flings, one night stands, or random hook ups. Ellis doesn't care about his own health or safety so he's the kind of person to hop into bed with someone he met less than an hour prior. If someone were interested in pursuing an actual relationship with him it would take time and patience. Ellis is more prone to run the second things start seeming too complicated or scary. When he thinks he might be abandoned he'd rather be the one to leave first. So he'd need someone who's willing to not only be patient with him but firm enough to stop him before he sabotages something good.

Jasmine Elizabeth Fisher
ABOUT
Jasmine is a woman on the run. After finally dealing with enough abuse from her husband she decided to pack her things, her kids things, load all of them into the truck, and leave. He wouldn't let her divorce him or break their mating bond so she saw no other option. She fled to los Eurosia with her children and their pets to get as far away from him as possible until she can figure out a way to break their bond. Jasmine is a spit fire of a woman. She doesn't take shit from anyone and isn't afraid to stand up for herself or someone else if she needs to. She has a loud mouth, a lot of opinions, and isn't afraid to voice them. While she's not one to start a fight she will damn sure end one.
She's a bit more on the reclusive side. If someone speaks to her she won't be rude enough to shut them out entirely but Jasmine will rarely strike up a conversation on her own. She loves her children more than anything and is deeply protective over them. Though she has a lot of guilt surrounding how she pulled them away from the only life they'd known as well as how much she works makes it hard to spend time with them. She comes off as very guarded with her emotions and is slow to let people in. She prefers keeping to herself and can be incredibly stubborn. But she's very loving, hard working, and enjoys taking care of others.
PLATONIC
Jasmine is a hard nut to crack. While she won't be blatantly rude to anyone who wants to talk to her she can come off as rather cold sometimes. She tends to avoid getting too close to people despite her longing for companionship. Jasmine does love helping people though so she'll always be the first to jump in if someone needs help. Whether that's hiding from a creep, medical assistance, or just an opinion on whether or not their partners an asshole.
ANTAGONISTIC
Jasmine doesn't talk to many people and tends to do her best not to make waves. She doesn't want to step on anyones toes so unless there's someone actively being creepy or mean she won't butt in. That's not to say there can't be any ruffled feathers. Just that Jasmine would prefer to avoid conflict where she can.
ROMANTIC
While not impossible romance with Jasmine will be very difficult. She's too busy raising her kids to want anything to do with casual sex, flings, or hook ups. And when it comes to actual romantic relationships there's a lot of obstacles to go over. Despite her knowing she needs to get away from her husband with their mating bond there is still a part of her that loves him very deeply. It's physically and emotionally painful and draining being away from him but she knows it's for the best. For her safety and the safety of her children. Anything romantic will be a slow burn with a lot of hiccups, a lot of rough patches, a lot of guilt, and a lot of breaking down walls.

Gemma Elspeth Gatsby II
ABOUT
Gemma is the eldest daughter of Warrick and Tiffany Gatsby and the older sister of Grace Gatsby. She was raised her entire life for be a blood thirsty, hunting, killing machine. And she's one of the best. That is when she decides to actually hunt like she's supposed to. After the loss of her dear friend, and only person she'd ever really had feelings for, Dino something inside of Gemma changed. She lost all interest in hunting. She didn't want to hurt her own people anymore. Didn't see the point in any of it. All she wanted to do was live a peaceful, happy life outside of the Guild. She wanted to be normal. But once the Guild has its claws in you it doesn't like to let go. This has been the only life Gemma has ever known. So changing now when she's almost thirty is hard.
She's having to unlearn a lot of behaviors and ideas that have been drilled into her head since birth. She's struggling with a lot of internal hate and confusion given she and her sister and mother are all Gifted. Outside of all her inner turmoil she's still very much a girly girl. She loves getting her hair and nails done. She loves going to the spa, going shopping, going to the beach, she even loves hiking. She's very spoiled and used to getting her way but as rotten as she is she can also be very friendly and sweet. Though much of that is often a facade. Even now she has trouble not purposefully blending in and being overly nice to make people let down their guard around her.
She loves a good party, a good drink, and a good fight. As much as she tries Gemma doesn't think she could ever be quite as peaceful as Dino was.
PLATONIC
Gemma loves making friends! Or a better word for it being contacts. She likes to gather information but isn't willing to open herself up. Deep down she's a very private person and doesn't tend to get really close to people outside of other Hunters or her family. She loves her sister more than anything and sees Dane as more of like a snot nosed, pesky little brother. But those are the two people she's closest to in her life. Gemma tends to be suspicious of people who want to get to know her. Worried they want to use her or get close to her to hurt her. Or worse yet, hurt someone she loves. Once someone does gain her trust though she's a very valuable friend to have on your side. She sharp as a tack, hard working, loyal, and works well under pressure.
ANTAGONISTIC
Given who and what she is and what she's done Gemma has likely made a few enemies. She's also a spoiled brat who loves getting her way and tends to throw a fit when she doesn't. As much as Gemma tries to be calm and peaceful she can't help how much she loves a good chase and an even better brawl. She is also a prissy princess who thinks she's better than most everyone around her. So she can come off as catty, mean, and bitchy sometimes. All adding up to people who might not very much enjoy her presence.
ROMANTIC
Gemma doesn't really do romance. She's only ever had one crush in her life and even with him gone there's a part of her that still hasn't moved on. She also has very high standards when it comes to someone she's willing to seriously date. A quick hook up? A one night stand? A casual fling? Those are all entirely different stories. While Gemma might not be so willing to open up her heart she might be willing to open her legs. A nice smile, make her laugh, good hygiene, good fashion, boosting her ego, and spending a bit of cash on her always helps. If she's had a few drinks in her system or has an adrenaline rush from a good fight or if she's feeling particularly sad and lonely she might be a bit easier.

Imani Emerald Dubois
ABOUT
Imani is a highly intelligent, sweet, stubborn woman. While she enjoys meeting new people and learning new things she is fairly introverted. She prefers to people watch and likes spending one on one time with others or just in small groups. She can have some quickly shifting emotions which tends to be a little off putting or overwhelming to others. Seeming to go from beaming joy to anger to nothing and back in a matter of seconds. But to those who are able to handle her mood swings Imani is fiercely loyal and incredibly caring.
She's very feminine and loves things like shopping, makeup, hair, and fashion. She always has her nails done loves finding gorgeous new outfits to wear. She's also deeply interested in things like tarot, magic, and astrology. Things that other people might not understand or could be seen as strange or even macabre like death and decomposition.
Imani was born in France and moved to America to care for her younger brother after their parents passed away. She started working for the Sector in California soon after moving as a way to help other Gifted's like herself. With her ability to time travel and teleport Imani is often used to reverse damage done when there's a breach with Gifted discovery by humans. She also is used to often be the first person on a scene to assess an issue and find the problem.
PLATONIC
While she's not a very social person Imani is still very friendly. She can have a tendency to be a little guarded at first but is normally fairly quick to warm up to another person. While she's not really one to often go clubbing she does like going to bars or just out for a night out and about. Finding a little trouble to get into. With her ability to teleport Imani also enjoys showing her friends different places they might not be able to see otherwise.
ANTAGONISTIC
Imani has a cold, vindictive sort of anger. She's not often one to care what someone thinks about her but should someone break her trust or do something to hurt her or someone she cares about she can be a force to be reckon with. So while she might not be quick to make enemies she is known to hold a grudge. It doesn't matter if it's been ten weeks or ten years she's not one to easily forget when she's been wronged. So anyone that has made it onto her black list has likely been there for a while. Or will be.
ROMANTIC
Imani is both a bit of a hopeless romantic and a bit of a cynic. She's polyamorous and does tend to catch feelings for people fairly quickly. Though generally speaking her crushes will pass as quickly as they were made if the person doesn't also show interest in her. While she has a tendency to keep more than one partner at a time there has been times before where she's been in a monogamous relationship because it was something her partner strongly preferred. But those haven't tended to last very long.
Still, she tries to be reasonable and more logical about her feelings. She can be a bit standoffish at first as she's gotten her heart broken in the past. But it's not hard to make her swoon.

This one might be a little wacky but I love the idea of Imani being friends or having some kind of relationship with someone in the past. Granted it would have been within the past fifteen years but maybe the two of them met while Imani was working on something for the Sector. They hit it off but eventually she has to come back to her own time. Imani still likes to visit them from time to time or at least travel back to send them letters!
Not Worth The Trouble
Maybe your character has a gift they can't control. Or maybe they're purposefully causing problems. Either way the Sector sends Imani to track them down and take care of the issue. Before things get too out of hand. Maybe she bounces back in time to stop them or maybe she manages to trail them by teleporting where they are. Even their own house! This could go a lot of ways whether it's friendly or antagonistic.
Ezekiel Azriel Donnovan
ABOUT
Ezekiel is one of three siblings in the Donnovan triplets. Between his other two siblings he's much more quiet and reserved. He doesn't talk much and can come off as cold or just plain rude at first. He's not much of a people person. which can seem rather strange given he's one of the dancers at the club. He enjoys entertaining and especially loves to dance but once he's off his energy seems to shift. This isn't because he generally mean or uncaring Zeke just tends to be much more introverted compared to his siblings.
Once he warms up to someone he shows a bit more of his colors. He still tends to be on the more quiet side but he does love to crack jokes and have fun. He becomes very warm, caring, and affectionate. There isn't much in the world that he finds gross or terrifying anymore. He's become far more desensitized to things in his life that now he's often willing to help out his shadier friends. No questions asked.
When he wants to be he can be very silly and playful. It's normally his siblings that pull this side out of him. He's not often a fan of large crowds and tends to become more guarded and quiet the more people that are around.
PLATONIC
Ezekiel can be a little prickly at first. He's not a super friendly or chatty guy to begin with and really prefers being on his own. He tends to be a loner and aside from dancing at Fantasia he doesn't really enjoy crowds. It can take him a little while to open and really let himself get close to someone. This generally keeps his friend circle pretty small but that's just how he likes it.
If you're in a more gruesome line of work Zeke is a good friend to have around. He's not squeamish and doesn't ask a lot of questions. If one of his friends needs a hand he's there for them. Day and night.
ANTAGONISTIC
In the same vain that Ezekiel doesn't make a lot of friends he doesn't make a lot of enemies either. For him to have someone he doesn't like he has to give a shit about them to begin with. Which he just doesn't tend to do. The biggest way to get under his skin is either to hurt one of his siblings, especially his sister, or just be a general bigot. Whether that's against Gifteds, the LGBTQ, ect. That's the fastest way to rile him up.
ROMANTIC
Zeke is both gay and demisexual. Meaning not only is he only interested in other men but it takes him a while to actually develop feelings for someone. He's not even interested in casual sex given he's "essentially ace until he isn't". Ezekiel has no desire to have casual hook ups or flings. He doesn't like friends with benefits since most of the time he really isn't interested in sex to begin with. When he does develop feelings for someone it's because he's made a strong connection with them first. Someone he's deeply close to and bonded with. But even this he tends to push away as he's pretty shy about romance and doesn't want to ruin his friendships.
Romancing this boy isn't impossible but he is a tough nut to crack.

Emery Deborah Donnovan
ABOUT
Emery is the only girl of the Donnovan triplets and is more than likely the most wild out of the three of them. She is loud, energetic, outgoing, and will always be unapologetically herself. Emery is one of the bartenders of their club Fantasia as they tend to be the more people person out of the three siblings. They love talking to people, drinking, dancing, and really love a good fight. Though is any kind of violent shenanigans break out at the club they aren't able to enjoy it as much as they'd like.
Emery is a free spirit. Always willing to go with the flow and see where things take them. They can also be a little extreme for some people. Emery doesn't like rules and regulations being shoved down her throat and is known to violently fight against any and all authority. She loves causing trouble and a little chaos. But that's not to say they don't know how to be soft and quiet when they want to be. When they realize someone they care about needs a bit more of a gentle approach and a moment of peace.
PLATONIC
Emery is very friendly and loves interacting with people. It's not hard for her to make friends, keeping them however is another matter. Given that Emery can be rather extreme she can be a bit much for most people. Fighting, skinny dipping in the ocean at 3am, sneaking into abandon buildings in the dead of night, drinking, drugs. Emery loves getting the most out of life.
For the people able to put up with their more wild side Emery is a very loving, protective, and affectionate friend. Much like a mama bear Emery will do everything in their power to care for the people they love. Whether that's making sure they eat enough or quite literally taking a bullet for them.
ANTAGONISTIC
As friendly as Emery can be she can also be very angry and violent. She's quick to jump in a fight and is very loud about her opinions. She's never afraid of voicing when someone makes her uncomfortable or even if she just gets bad vibes. Given how wild Emery is there is likely a lot of people who wouldn't be a fan of them.
ROMANTIC
Romance is hard for Emery. The only serious relationship they were in led to abuse and heartbreak. It's not something they're interested in repeating and has led to them becoming very guarded with their heart. However, she is more open to hook ups. No strings attached, no questions asked. If things start to feel too serious though Emery could become more flighty and scared.
Real romance wouldn't be impossible but there would be a lot of bumps and rough patches along the way. It would take someone patient enough to allow the time for Emery to be afraid and uncertain.
PLOT HOOKS
- I Fought The Law
Emery doesn't do well with authority. Especially cops. Maybe your character is an officer that caught Em doing something she shouldn't be. Or maybe they're a hunter that was sent after Emery and her family. Either way expect a lot of fight and insults shot around.
- I Like The Bartender
Emery loves being a bartender. She loves talking with people, laughing, and even having a few drinks herself with them every so often. Maybe your character is a regular to the club or maybe it's their first time. Either way Em would be more than happy to make sure they're having a good time while they're out.
