Jasmine is a wolf shifter. She comes from a long line of other shifters like herself. She's only able to transform into one wolf, her usual wolf form, but she's able to do it at will. Except for on full moon nights where she will forcibly change for the night. Being a shifter has given her heightened abilities as well that she has even while not shifted. She can run faster and longer than humans with higher speed and stamina. She has a heightened sense of smell, hearing, sight, and taste. She also has a heightened pain tolerance which makes her able to endure more grievous wounds longer.

OVERALL APPEARANCE: Jasmine is a fiery redhead with beautiful bright blue eyes. She's slender with a slim waist and doesn't often show off much of her figure with her clothing. She tends to wear things a bit baggier as that's usually what's comfortable for her. Her hair is naturally very wavy but she will often straighten it more to make it easier to manage. And while she usually keeps it long she's been known to cut it to shoulder length from time to time. She has a strong jawline with high cheekbones and a straight nose. Her lashes are long and dark and her skin is usually lightly sunkissed from spending so much time outside.
Her body does have a littering of a few scars. Some from scraps and fights she got in when she was younger. Others she received from her husband. The most prominent ones being what appears to be a small branding scar on her left hip and three long, jagged claw marks down her back. Starting at her left shoulder and moving down to her right hip. This being another reason Jasmine tends to not wear much revealing clothing.

STRENGTHS:
Hard Working: Jasmine is an extremely dedicated and hard working person. She knows how to manage her time and even works well under pressure. She's never afraid to get her hands dirty or put in a little extra work when she needs to. She's always willing to go that extra mile on things to get them done right. She's always quick and precise and does her best to make sure that everything is perfect.
Independent: Jasmine's never afraid to do things on her own. In fact, she prefers to. She's a very independent woman. Always certain if she doesn't know how to do something she can figure it out. There's not a road too long to travel or a mountain too high for her to climb. She's confident and strong enough to do anything herself.
Everyone's Rock: Jasmine is solid. She's always there the moment someone she loves needs her. There's very few things that could make her waver or buckle. She's always there to help someone figure things out or just to offer a safe place to vent or cry. She's nonjudgemental and doesn't crack under pressure. Because of this she's always been the rock that people need. They look to her and lean on her when things get hard. People always know they can count on Jasmine.
WEAKNESSES:
Stubborn: Jasmine is as stubborn as a mule. When she gets her mind set on something she'll be hard pressed to change it. The more someone tells her she can't do something the more it drives her to prove them wrong. She doesn't enjoy being told what to do and will often go against something she's told simply out of spite. Jasmine will work her fingers to the bone, until her feet bleed, until she collapses. Just so she doesn't have to ask for help.
Bottler: Jasmine isn't very open with her emotions. She doesn't enjoy people seeing her as weak or vulnerable. She prefers keeping her thoughts and feelings close to her chest. Because of this she tends to keep her emotions bottled up. She won't let others see her hurting, desperate, depressed, or lost. Instead she puts on a brave face and keeps those emotions tucked away until she's alone. Somewhere where she feels safe to cry, scream, throw a fit. Because she has to be the strong one for everyone.
Guarded: Jasmine has a hard time really trusting people. Even with some of her close friends she tends to keep herself guarded. Seemingly always prepared for the worst possible outcome. Seeming always tensed and ready for the sky to fall and the earth to give out from under her at any given moment. This makes it harder for Jasmine to form properly close and personal bonds with people. Seeing as she's always ready for someone to hurt her.
OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Jasmine is a spite fire woman. She's strong, independent, stubborn, and is never afraid to back up her words. There are those that look at her and might think her just a sweet, frail woman but she's the farthest thing from it. While she is sweet it's mostly to the people she cares for. She has a soft spot for children especially. Jasmine doesn't like coming off as weak or vulnerable to others which can often cause her to bottle her emotions or not seek out help until she has no other choice. While she can be loving, warm, affectionate, and kind she can also be vindictive, aggressive, cold, and cruel when pushed too far. Jasmine is hard working and never afraid to get her hands dirty. More than willing to go that extra mile to get things done when she needs to.
She loves her kids more than anything else in the world. Jasmine does her best to be the best mother she can be to them. To keep them safe and give them all the love and validation they could need. Often though she feels guilty and unsure if she's doing the right thing. But they bring out the softest side of her. They are the ones that see her at her most playful, her most forgiving, her most affectionate. Jasmine would walk through hell and back for her children a thousand times if it meant she'd never have to see them hurt or sad. Jasmine is fiercely loyal and always willing to lend a helping hand to the people she loves. She's strong and dependable. She's always willing to be someones rock when they need it but that often leaves her without the same. So many are so used to her being the strong one that there's rarely anyone there to help her pick up the pieces when things fall apart.

Jasmine was born one of the middle children into a large and very loving family. They came from a very small town in Arkansas where many of population there were also Shifters. Her father was the second in command for their pack and Jasmine was glued to his hip the moment she was born. Their family didn't have much in the way of money but her parents made damn sure their children never went without. They always had a roof over their head, food in their belly, clothes on their back, and would get usually most of what they wanted for birthdays or holidays. There were a few squabbles between her and her siblings but it was never anything serious. They were happy.
When Jasmine was thirteen she met who she thought was the boy of her dreams. His name was Marcus. He was tall, strong, dark hair, broad shoulders. She fell head over heels in love with him fast. For a year they were close friends and started dating when Jasmine turned fourteen. She was the happiest she could have ever been. Her parents adored him as well and were happy to see their little girl happy. So when she got pregnant at sixteen they were very shocked but supportive. Marcus stepped up as a father as well. He dropped out of school, got a full time job working for his fathers construction company, and did his best to support his girlfriend and their child. Things were a little rough but Jasmine was optimistic. She couldn't have been happier getting to start a family with the love of her life. Soon after her son Joel was born they made their mating official. To stay tied together for life. That was the plan. But it was soon after Robert was born things seemed to change.
Marcus became angry and demanding. He isolated Jasmine from her friends. Did his best to isolate her from her family as well. Jasmine did her best to make him happy. She thought if she just did what he asked, if she didn't upset him, then things wouldn't be so bad. She just had to do what he told her and everything would be okay again. She blamed herself for his loud and violent outbursts.
When she was nineteen, while pregnant with her second child, Jasmines parents passed away. They were in a car accident coming to see her after she announced her second pregnancy and died on impact. Her father had been her bestfriend in the entire world and now he was gone. Jasmine was inconsolable and heartbroken. Between the stress of his death and her husbands abuse Jasmine went into labor prematurely. Her son Johnathan was born three months early and had to be kept in the hospital for months. His little body was so small a frail Jasmine wasn't sure he was going to make it. Even after she was discharged she went to see him every single day. Often staying the night in the hospital with him just so she could see him breathing. After almost losing his wife and second child Marcus promised he would get better. That things would change. That he would go to therapy and anger management and he'd never lay his hands on her again. And for a while, things were better.
But that peace couldn't last forever. Just after she became pregnant with their third child everything fell apart again. Marcus became more angry. His outbursts became more violent and more frequent. Jasmine did her best to shield her children. She took the brunt of his rage, so he'd never lay a hand on their kids. When she knew things were going to be bad she would send them to stay with her siblings or send them to a friends house. When it was more sudden she would tell them to go to their rooms and lock the door. To not come out until she came to get them no matter what they heard. Joel would often huddle his younger brothers in his room and try to distract them on those nights. When they would ask questions about her bruises she would say she was fine. That she and their father just had a disagreement but everything was okay.
Joel hated seeing the way Marcus treated his mother. When he was sixteen he began trying to defend Jasmine. He'd go toe to toe with his father. Screaming, fighting. Jasmine would try to break them up. To beg Joel not to get involved. But Marcus believed if he wanted to run his mouth like a grown man he could be treated like one. There were many nights Jasmine's neighbors would hear the fighting and come to help. Many nights police were involved but Jasmine wouldn't press charges. Still blaming herself for everything. Marcus was her husband, her mate. She was supposed to have his back through everything.
After one particularly bad fight between her and Marcus Joel stepped in and was hospitalized. He had a broken leg, cracked ribs, a fractured jaw. Jasmine couldn't take it anymore. She couldn't stand seeing him hurt her or her son anymore. So, once Joel was released from the hospital and had gotten healed Jasmine decided it was time to leave. She'd tried begging Marcus to break their tie. To release her from their mating. He told her he'd see her dead before he let her go.
So one night, while he was out drinking with some friends, Jasmine gathered everything. She packed her bags, her kids bags, grabbed all of the money she'd been stashing away, their pets. She took her fathers old truck he'd given her, got everything inside, and left. She moved to los Eurosia in hopes to start a new life for her and her kids. Far away from Marcus.
