HOUSING
Maddie rents a small one bedroom apartment in East End. The walls are all standard apartment white, but she decorates with shades of dark green and purple. The kitchen is a small hallway and not overly practical for cooking, but that is okay because she brings home food from work. Her fridge is filled with take out containers from the restaurant where she works.
Maddie has TV and pull out couch in the living room. In the small nook between the kitchen and living room she has a table that holds a sewing machine, and she has a bin underneath the table with random fabrics and scraps that she has collected. She keeps her apartment tidy, but it always appears cluttered due to the limited space.
In place of a window, there is a sliding glass door to lead out to a to a small balcony/fire escape. It's large enough to hold a tiny round folding table and a chair. When Maddie is feeling cooped up in the apartment, she'll open the slider and let some fresh air inside.
In the bedroom, Maddie's closet is full to the brim with hanging clothes, and she also has a small dresser for items that she doesn't hang up. She has a double bed, which takes up most of the floor space, and one bedside table. Her bedroom is less tidy than the rest of the apartment, and it isn't unusual for there to be a pile of dirty clothes on the floor, overflowing from the clothes hamper. She will usually shove the dirty clothes into the bottom of the closet if she knows that she'll be having company.

Mason bought a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. He didn't need all the space for himself, but he was proud to be able to purchase the modest house in The Heights. Now that he had his mother, Miranda, move in with him he is glad for the split floor plan and the extra rooms.
Mason has the master suite, and Miranda sleeps in the rear bedroom by the kitchen. The spare bedroom is used for a multipurpose room. Mason stores weights and exercise equipment in the closet. The room has his desk and computer, a futon, a flat screen tv, and his Xbox.

Genie has a studio apartment in East End. She hasn't done much decorating, a hold over from all the years she spent moving constantly with her father. She doesn't see the point in putting up decorations when it's all just temporary. She does have a lumpy but comfortable grey couch, and her mattress is just on the box spring on the floor. She didn't bother getting a bed frame.
One thing Genie did take care to install in the apartment was a safe in the closet. It holds the weapons and tools that she uses for hunting. She also has an extensive first aide kit in her bathroom, never knowing just what she will end up needing.
The walls are all white, and the color scheme of her bedding and towels are neutral greys and with yellow or white accents.
Tattoo inspiration
Genie's tattoo started smaller, just around her wrist instead of the forearm. Due to her reactive adaptation, in order to be effective it gets a little larger every so often. She tends to wear long sleeves or sweaters to keep it covered up.

Even though they aren't on the best of terms, Alan and Anna Rivers bought a vacation home in Grey Pebble when Ethan moved to Los Eurosia, and Ethan lives in the home full time. While Ethan's parents consult him on the interior design of the house, ultimately they have the final say. Ethan influenced the color scheme and some minor choices, but the house is largely not a reflection of his personal style. He doesn't mind the clean, modern aesthetic though.
The first floor bedroom has been turned into a home office/library, with law books lining the walls and two workstations back to back in the center of the room. Upstairs, Ethan has the master suite since he is the primary resident of the house. The second, slightly smaller suite, is where Alan and Anna stay when they are in town, and the other two bedrooms are for guests or Ethan's siblings when they are in town. It is rare that his family actually does come to visit, so it usually isn't much of an issue for Ethan.
The Rivers' also pay for a maid to come clean the house top to bottom twice a week. Ethan has a busy schedule, and never was the neatest of the four kids to begin with. He picks up after himself, but when it comes to dusting, moping, and every day chores, he just doesn't even think about doing them. Without the maid, the house would be a mess in no time.

Emie lives in an apartment downtown, close to school and work. She shares the apartment with her stepbrother, Liam Howard. They both go to school full time and work part time, and the apartment can get somewhat messy. They have a laid back style, mixing throw pillows, blankets, and furniture of several different colors, not caring about pieces matching. They have a futon and a couple chairs in the living room, and frequently they have a friend crashing on the couch, or their sister Melissa stays overnight with them when she's in town.

Seth is currently transient. She spends the majority of her time camping in the national forest. Even though it’s probably not allowed, she has cultivated a small fruit and vegetable garden close to where she normally camps. She’s friendly with any wildlife that approaches her, and the plantlife area she frequents always looks vibrant and healthy.

Bridget lives in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in The Heights. It's kept clean, but has a cozy vibe to it. Her furniture is a lot of neutrals with pops of green and blue. Her spare room has a bed in it for when she has family or guests, and it also has a desk and she uses it as her home office when she doesn't have guests.

After moving from the apartment where he and Luck lived for the past seven or so years, Nate found a decent studio apartment in The Heights. Kitchen space was his priority, since he enjoys cooking. He also has a small patio. [[wip]]
